Build with SeeSicht Ventures
Real ownership starts with honest terms. Transparent, fast and smart — from the first conversation.
The terms, as a timeline
Twelve months in. Then a stake.
So you can see how this looks from here: a paid year of building, and after it a stake in the company with a proper salary underneath it.
Months 1 – 12
The internship
CHF 2,500per monthPaid from day one. Not unpaid, not "exposure", not a stipend that only covers your travel.
Up to 10%of the profitInside the 12 months you already share in what you build: up to 10% of the profit of the project or company. If it makes money, you make money.
- One year, full time — long enough to take something from an idea to a company that earns money.
- I bring the ideas, the network and the money. You execute, with coaching and strategy alongside.
At the end of the 12 months the internship is over. That is the point where the stake comes in.
From month 13
The stake
CHF 5,000per month, minimumA proper base salary once the internship is done — at least CHF 5,000 per month.
Up to 10%equity, plus profitA stake in the company — up to 10% of it — and the up to 10% of the profit stays on top of the salary.
- If the idea you built becomes a real company, you hold a stake in it.
- Depending on how you develop, a senior position at that company is realistic — not a promise, a path.
- The profit share keeps running: the company earns, you earn.
Said plainly: 12 months at CHF 2,500 per month, with up to 10% of the profit inside that year. When the internship ends you take a stake — up to 10% of the company — on a base salary of at least CHF 5,000 per month, and the up to 10% of the profit keeps running on top.
What you get from day 1
Everything you need to build.
All the AI tools
You get access to all the AI tools you need to build and run the company.
A company laptop
You get a company laptop, ready to work with.
A place and a structure
You get a place to work and a clear structure from day one.
How we work together
I bring the ideas, the network and the money. You build it.
I have ideas, a network full of opportunities and the money to fund the project 100% — me, or me and my network. What I don't have right now is the full time to execute them. So this is not someone handing you tasks. I am there, I am coaching, I am strategising, and you are the one executing, side by side.
What I bring
- The ideas and the judgement about which ones are worth building.
- The money. I fund the project 100% — me, or me and my network. No investor search, no fundraising rounds.
- The network — customers, partners, specialists, people who open doors.
- Coaching and strategy: being there, thinking it through with you, keeping the long view.
What you bring
- The execution. You are the one building it, day to day.
- Ownership of the outcome — it is your company as much as it is mine.
- The pace. You set the tempo of the work, and we clear the obstacles in front of you.
Three things I hold to
Transparent
You see the terms, the money and the ownership before you ever sit down with me. No hidden expectations, no "we'll figure it out later".
Speed
I decide quickly and move. You will hear back fast, and you will not spend six months in a hiring process.
Smart
Small teams, AI-first operations, real judgement. You work on problems that need thinking, not on busywork.
Who I'm looking for
Straight from uni, ready to build.
- You finished university recently — or are about to.
- You want to build something real, not polish a slide deck.
- You can work on your own, and you ask for help when you need it.
- You care about doing it properly, even when nobody is checking.
The skills that matter
Good to have — not a checklist.
Nobody straight out of university has all of these at a high level. Two you are genuinely good at, the others you understand and want to get better at. Tell me which are yours.
Marketing
You can find people who want what we build. You write the ad, the page, the offer — and you read the numbers afterwards to see whether it actually worked.
Operations & service design
You see the whole flow, not one screen at a time: how someone gets in, what happens next, where it breaks, and how it should run when nobody is watching.
Design
You care how it looks — type, spacing, colour, the feel of a brand. Enough that a stranger trusts the company in three seconds.
UX
You can take somebody through something for the first time and make it obvious. You notice where people hesitate, and you fix that.
AI usage
AI is your default way of working, not a trick you show off. You build with it every day and you know what it does well — and where it still needs you.
The tools we work in
Three tools. That is the stack.
No tool graveyard, no licence nobody opens. If something is missing, you tell me why and we add it.
Lovable
Where the products get built. You describe what you want, it builds, you steer and ship. Most of what you see on this site was made this way.
Claude
The thinking partner: research, drafts, code, copy, and pulling a messy problem apart when nothing else moves.
Airtable
The operating system of the company — pipeline, content, candidates, launch plans. If it needs tracking, it lives here.
Also said plainly
- This is not a venture builder chasing the next round of funding.
- I don't have the full time to execute these ideas myself — that is exactly why the role exists.
- Not every idea will become a company. The ones that do are where the equity comes from.
Let's build something awesome together.
Your CV, a short cover letter and a note about what you would like to build. That is enough to start — I read every one myself.
